Paver installation & landscaping in Vaudreuil-Soulanges.

Paver driveways, patios, retaining walls, outdoor lighting and artificial turf from L’Île-Perrot and Pincourt to Vaudreuil-Dorion, Vaudreuil-sur-le-Lac, Saint-Lazare, Hudson and Rigaud.

Vaudreuil-Soulanges

Seven towns just off the island.

Vaudreuil-Soulanges mixes brand-new developments, lakeside homes and large wooded lots. Here’s what we see most in each town we serve.

Vaudreuil-Dorion

New neighbourhoods, first landscaping.

Vaudreuil-Dorion is one of the fastest-growing cities off the island, with whole new neighbourhoods built in the last two decades alongside its older core.

Many homeowners here are doing their first landscaping: a driveway, a walkway to the door and a backyard patio. Planning them together in 3D gets the whole property right the first time.

Common projects
  • First driveway and walkway on a new build
  • Backyard patio and turf
  • Outdoor lighting along walkways and steps

Vaudreuil-sur-le-Lac

A quiet village on the lake.

Vaudreuil-sur-le-Lac is a small village on the shore of the Lac des Deux Montagnes, with quiet residential streets and properties close to the water.

Near the water, drainage matters. Our 12–18 inch excavation and open-graded base let water drain through instead of freezing under your pavers.

Common projects
  • Paver driveways on a drained base
  • Patios and steps near the water
  • Retaining walls for sloped lots

Saint-Lazare

Country lots, long driveways.

Saint-Lazare has a semi-rural character, with wooded properties, large lots and homes set well back from the road.

Long driveways and big yards give you options: pave the whole driveway or just the area by the house, add a paver border or apron, and build a backyard that matches the setting.

Common projects
  • Paver driveways and aprons
  • Patios for large backyards
  • Path and step lighting

Hudson

Heritage homes on the Ottawa River.

Hudson is a historic town on the Ottawa River, with heritage homes, wooded lots and a village feel that sets it apart.

Projects here are about fitting in as much as standing out. We help you choose Techo-Bloc pavers and walls that suit a heritage or country home, and show you the result in 3D.

Common projects
  • Walkways and steps for heritage homes
  • Patios on wooded lots
  • Retaining walls and garden beds

Rigaud

Mountain views at the western edge.

Rigaud sits at the western end of Vaudreuil-Soulanges, between the Ottawa River and Mont Rigaud, with a village core, country roads and homes on large, often sloped lots.

Sloped and wooded properties call for good drainage and well-built walls. We bring the same 12–18 inch excavation and drained base we use everywhere we work.

Common projects
  • Long paver driveways
  • Retaining walls and steps on sloped lots
  • Patios with landscape lighting

L’Île-Perrot

Between the river and the lake.

L’Île-Perrot sits just west of Montréal island, surrounded by the Ottawa River and Lac Saint-Louis, with a mix of established neighbourhoods and newer homes.

Waterside lots and varied grades call for good drainage and well-built walls. We bring the same drained base and premium materials we use everywhere in the West Island.

Common projects
  • Paver driveways and walkways
  • Retaining walls for sloped lots
  • Patios with lighting

Pincourt

Island neighbourhoods on Île Perrot.

Pincourt shares Île Perrot with L’Île-Perrot and Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot: mostly residential streets, with homes along the water and newer neighbourhoods further inland.

Whether it’s a first driveway or a full backyard, we bring the same drained base and design process we use across the West Island and Vaudreuil-Soulanges.

Common projects
  • Paver driveways and walkways
  • Backyard patios with lighting
  • Artificial turf for family yards

FAQ

Questions from these towns.

We just bought a new build. When should we do the landscaping?

Any time after the builder has finished final grading. Booking a consultation through the winter gives you the widest choice of build dates for the April to November season.

Our property is close to the lake. Does that change the base?

Drainage matters more near the water. Our open-graded base is built to let water drain through, and at the consultation we look at your grading so water moves away from your house.

Our driveway is very long. Can we pave just part of it?

Yes. Some homeowners pave the area closest to the house, or add a paver apron or borders. We show you the options in 3D with a final price for each.

Do you have paver styles that suit a heritage or country home?

Yes. Techo-Bloc, Permacon and Rinox make pavers and walls in many textures and colours, including more classic styles. We help you choose at the consultation and show you the result in 3D.

Do you travel to Rigaud?

Yes. Rigaud is part of our regular service area, with the same free on-site design consultation and 3-year guarantee.

Do you build retaining walls on sloped lots?

Yes. Walls sit on an excavated, well-drained foundation with clean stone behind them so water drains away, which is what keeps them straight through the winter.

Is Pincourt part of your regular service area?

Yes. Pincourt is part of our regular service area, with the same free on-site design consultation and 3-year guarantee.
