What we collect

When you book a consultation or send us a message, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, project address, municipality, details about your project and any photos you choose to attach.

Why we collect it

We use it only to contact you about your project, book and prepare your design consultation, and send you quotes and project information. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone outside our business, except the service providers that host this website and receive form submissions for us.

Hosting outside Québec

Our website and forms are hosted by Netlify, whose servers may be located outside Québec, including in the United States, so your information may be stored there. We use this provider because it offers recognized security measures.

Cookies and technical data

If you reach our site from one of our online ads, your request also records which ad campaign brought you here, so we know which ads are useful. This information is kept only for your browser session and sent with your request; it is not used to identify you elsewhere.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy.

How we protect it

Only the Urban Edge Landscapes team can access the information you send us, and we take reasonable measures to keep it secure.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed for your project and our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
