Do retaining walls need a drained foundation?
Yes. Water that freezes under or behind a wall pushes it out of line. Our walls sit on the same excavated, well-drained foundation as our paving, so they stay straight.
Can you add lights to a retaining wall?
Yes. Wall-cap lights and step lights are planned in the design and wired while the wall is built, so they sit cleanly in the finished work.
Do I need a permit or an engineer for my wall?
It depends on the wall’s height and location and on your municipality’s rules. If your wall needs an engineered design or a permit, we tell you at the consultation.
What does the 3-year guarantee cover?
Every project comes with our 3-year guarantee. If anything we built shifts out of line within three years, we come back and make it right.
