Dorval
Lakeshore homes, compact yards.
Dorval sits on Lac Saint-Louis at the eastern edge of the West Island, with lakeshore homes, postwar bungalows and tidy, compact lots.
In a smaller yard, every square foot counts. A well-planned patio, clean turf and a few lights can make a compact backyard feel twice the size, and you’ll see it all in 3D first.
- Compact backyard patios
- Walkways and side alleys
- Turf for small yards

What we build in Dorval.
How we build
Built for the freeze, in Dorval and everywhere we work.
Every paver project is excavated 12 to 18 inches and rebuilt on geotextile fabric and compacted clear stone, so water drains through instead of freezing under your pavers.

Questions from Dorval.
Our yard is small. Is it worth doing pavers?
Often small yards benefit the most. A patio sized to how you use the space, clean edges and a bit of lighting make a big difference. We show you options in 3D before you decide.
How does the free design consultation work?
We call you within 24 hours to book it. We meet at your home in Dorval, walk the property, hear your plans and go over a few options. 2–4 days later we come back with your 3D design, options and final price, and book a tentative build date.
When can you build?
We build from April to November and book the coming season through the winter. Booking early gives you the widest choice of build dates.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re RBQ licensed, carry $5 million in liability insurance and have full CNESST coverage. Every project comes with our 3-year guarantee.
